Billiards For Blackberry

In this traditional game of billiards you must sink the 15 object balls into any of the 6 pockets.
To do this, you must strike the white cue ball with the cue stick.
You can play alone, compete against a friend (Duel), or compete against a computer opponent.
Instructions
Press and or use joystick to select the angle of the cue.
Hold or or spacebar or push joystick to pull back the cue stick.
The longer you hold the stronger the shot.
Release to shoot. Release and press quickly any Key to cancel the shot.
In either multi-player game, your turn continues as long as you sink at least one object ball. If you miss, or SCRATCH (sink the cue ball), your opponent takes over.
On a scratch, the cue ball is placed anywhere along a line near the bottom of the table. If any object ball was sunk, it goes back out on the table at the \"break spot\" (the dot directly below the center on the front ball when in break formation).
The next player must shoot the cue ball across the line before hitting an object ball. The first player to sink 8 balls wins the game.
In a single player game, you hone your skills by trying to sink all 15 object balls in as few strokes as possible. |
